1. Cancellation Before Shipment

2. Cancellation After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped but has not yet been delivered, you can still request cancellation by contacting us at info@darosier.com.

  • If the package is already with the courier, they may still attempt delivery. Please do not accept the package if you wish to cancel.
  • Once the product is returned to us and verified for packaging and condition, we will process your refund within 10-15 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is initiated.
